We remind you that in order to access the “Opera Relax & Wellness” to enjoy a moment of maximum relaxation after a long day in the Eternal City a reservation is required, that you can make at our Reception Desk or at our contacts. Before booking, we invite you to view our “rules” (on the last page) where you will find useful information to better enjoy your experience.
Access is allowed to those over 16 years. We suggest you go to your appointment 10 minutes in advance. In case you’ll decide to cancel or modify the booking for any treatments please inform us at least 7-8 hours in advance, otherwise we will be forced to apply a penalty of 40%.

Rules

Our Philosophy is to offer an environment of tranquility for everyone, creating a pleasant wellness and relax sensation. In order to derive maximum benefit from this environment, we feel it is necessary to underline our expectations of each other. Please pay attention to the following read:

SPA POLICY
- It is required to shower before accessing the SPA. - A towel must be used on the wooden sits, avoiding direct contact with the skin. - It is forbidden the use of cosmetics (oils, peeling, body cream, etc) in the Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and in the Hydromassage pool. It is possible to use them after using the SPA services. - We remind you that the entry to the SPA is allowed only to +16 yo. - The SPA is a place dedicated to relax and peace, therefor we please you to keep your voice low and eventual electronic devices on silent mode, using headphones to play medias. - It is forbidden to wear contact lenses, jewelry or watches. - It is not permitted to bring food or drinks from the outside into the SPA: our Lounge Bar is always opened and the staff will be ready to satisfy all your requests!

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
SPA access is not recommended under the following circumstances: If you suffer cardiovascular diseases - respiratory problems - feverish symtomps - allergies or skin diseases - during the menstrual period or during pregnancy.
